In order to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the English language program and to help students pass the English graduation threshold, NSYSU has arranged for undergraduate students  who have taken the General English course to take the OOPT tests from the 2019-2020 academic year to the 2022-2023 academic year. According to the number of applicants (217) in the 2020-2021 academic year, the number of students who reached CEFR B2 or above accounted for 51.6% (112); according to the number of applicants (151) in the 2022-2023 academic year, the number of students who reached CEFR B2 or above accounted for 47% (71).
