Introduction

West Bay College's all-English general education elite program is designed for students who love learning, reading, taking risks and challenging traditions. This course is designed for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. In this program, students will study interdisciplinary issues and inquiry methods while developing and enhancing their reading, writing, science, analysis, critical thinking and communication skills. Through the internship field, you can develop your English communication skills, enhance your international outlook and pre-employment practical experience, and establish an international network of contacts. Finally, through the Elite Learning Results Presentation, students will integrate what they have learned and present it with confidence and professionalism.

Petition form
1. Freshmen from the all-English specialized classes in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Department of Chemistry and other departments.
2. Those from other departments (or transfer students from other schools) whose English proficiency is above average (inclusive).
