本學期自2026/03/23(星期一)起，將全面嚴禁下列事項：
（１）【補蓋章】
請同學記得一律隨身攜帶【英語增能活動集章單子】或【英語實踐歷程檔案】參與活動。
行政同仁將不再協助同學於活動結束後補蓋章！
（２）【現場候補】
請同學一律在英語增能活動預約系統上進行活動預約！
一律不接現場候補！

活動開始5分鐘後，一律不再接受預約者入座參與！

‼️ Important Notice: English Table Participation Rules ‼️
Starting from Monday, March 23, 2026, the following regulations will be strictly enforced for this semester:
(1) 【No Retroactive Stamping】
Please remember to bring your "English Enhancement Activities Record Sheet" or "English Language Learning Portfolio" to every session. Administrative staff will no longer assist with stamping after the activity has concluded.
(2) 【No On-site Walk-ins】
All students must register in advance through the English Enhancement Activities Reservation System. We will strictly no longer accept any on-site waiting or walk-ins.

★【Friendly Reminder】★
To ensure the quality of the session, entry will be closed 5 minutes after the activity begins. Latecomers (including those with reservations) will not be allowed to join or take their seats.
