【活動消息】English Table 預約系統正式上架 !!!


哈囉哈囉~同學們~😄😄😄
期中過後,English Table也即將回歸🎉🎉🎉
而接下來English Table將調整成「預約模式」!!!
English Table預約系統如下,並請同學詳讀【預約注意事項】!!!
EMI中心保有活動的隨時修正、暫停、或解釋之最終權利!!!

📌注意:4/13(日)凌晨12:00 a.m. 起,同學可以開始預約English Table!!!



📌English Table預約注意事項:

1.活動開始前一天零晨00:00 ~ 開始前2小時,可進行預約。
Reservations open at 12:00 a.m. the day before the activity and close two hours before it begins.



2.同學預約成功後,請記得收信,以確認是否預約成功!
After making a reservation, please remember to check your email to confirm if your reservation was successful!



3.若需要取消預約,請點擊【搜尋預約紀錄】,輸入姓名學號信箱刪除紀錄
To cancel your reservation, please click "Check Your Reservation", and enter your name, student ID, and email to delete the record.



4.已預約English Table的同學,若於12:15後(不含12:15)方抵English Table活動現場,則一律視同放棄當次參加資格,不再開放入座。

Students with a reservation for the English Table must arrive before 12:15. Those who arrive later will be seen as giving up their spot and won’t be able to join that day.



5.同一學期內,同學若達兩次違規紀錄,將被列入黑名單兩週。違規行為包括預約成功卻無故未到,或活動中無正當理由中途離席。
Students who commit two violations in the same semester will be blacklisted for two weeks. Violations include no-shows and leaving early without a valid reason.



6.建議同學使用電腦或是平板進行預約。因手機螢幕較小,畫面比較擁擠,可能造成同學使用上不方便!
It is recommended that students use a computer or a tablet for reservations. Due to the smaller screen size of mobile phones, the interface may appear crowded, which could cause inconvenience for students.



7.預約成功的同學,請於活動當日至活動現場出示學生證給工作人員驗證身分!
Students who have successfully made a reservation should present their student ID cards to the staff for verification on the day of the activity.
